Stay with Mountain Rentals and enjoy owner's privileges with the Pools, Tennis Courts,
Game Rooms and group facilities offered through the Chalet Village Owners Club.
All 3 clubhouses are conveniently located on Ski Mountain so that none of the chalets are more than one mile from a pool. All areas offer ample parking and bathroom/changing rooms. You may bring your own food & drinks, but no glass please.

- No lifeguards on duty.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Facilities are open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Tennis Courts open all year.
- Your Owner's pass or guest pass issued to you at check-in must be presented in order to enter.

North Clubhouse Pool and Tennis Courts
Corner of Wiley Oakley Drive and Village Loop, featuring three pools, lighted tennis courts, and Ping-Pong. The North Clubhouse is closed for maintenance every Wednesday.

Upper Alpine Pool
1151 Upper Alpine, features a swimming pool, a kiddie pool with raindrop umbrella and a pool table. Upper Alpine Clubhouse is closed for maintenance every Thursday.

Most Chalets Include...
- Outside Deck or Screened Porch , Hot tubs or Whirlpools, Color Cable TV
- Fireplace (Free firewood - October through February)

- Linens Furnished (Bed linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, wash cloths)

What to Bring:
- Groceries. Your vacation rental has a fully furnished kitchen but is not stocked with food or edible items. You will need to furnish all food, snacks and condiments, including salt & pepper.
- Paper napkins.
- Charcoal, lighter fluid, matches - if you plan to use the grill.
- Swimming suits - for use in the hot tub or at the clubhouse (in season swimming pools).
- Tennis racquets and balls - for use at the clubhouse (in season).
- Your camera - the scenery is breathtaking.
- Binoculars - for looking out across the mountains.
- Telephone credit card, if you wish to make long-distance calls.
- Another couple or family. Save money by taking advantage of our add-on rates. Be sure to call us to change your reservation. (Not recommended for honeymooners!)

What Not to Bring:
- Bed & Bath Linens - Bed sheets, towels, and washcloths are all supplied.( EXCEPT
for sleeper sofas, you will need to bring your own ).
- Kitchen supplies - Your vacation rental is fully equipped with dishes, cups and glasses, pots and pans, utensils, dish towels and tableware - everything you need to prepare anything from snacks to a full-course meal.
- Firewood - it's supplied free! (October to February).
- Pets - Sorry, our owners don't allow pets in our rental homes.
- Your troubles and cares - if you do, you're going to lose them in this relaxed, peaceful atmosphere
