All homes, chalets, condos, and townhouses are individually owned.
The owners welcome you into their homes and wish you a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM until office closing.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Reservations will be accepted up to one year in advance. There is a 2 to 4 night minimum. Two nights' advance deposit is required on all rentals using a Major Credit Card, with the remaining balance due in full upon check-in.
We accept: Cash, traveler's checks, money orders, cashier's checks; plus MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We cannot accept personal checks.
A One-time Cleaning Fee will be charged.
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age.
For a refund in event of canceling a reservation,
you must notify our office at least 30 days prior to your check-in date for Chalets with 4 or more bedrooms, all others you must notify our office at least 14 days prior to your check-in date. There will be a 10% service charge for any cancellation. There will be NO REFUND during the 30 days prior to check-in date for 4 or more bedrooms, and 14 days prior to all other Chalets, Condos and Townhouses.
Please leave your unit in the same condition as when you arrived. You will be charged a cleaning fee for unusual or unnecessary cleaning. Any damages occurring during your stay resulting from your negligence or abuse are your financial responsibility.
We now have a few "Pet Friendly" units. Subject to availability. There is a nonrefundable pet fee.
Fresh linens are available at the office in exchange for soiled ones unless your unit is equipped with a washer & dryer.
Whirlpools and hot tubs are available in some units for your enjoyment. Please observe safety instructions which are posted in each unit. Guests accept full personal injury and property damage responsibility when using this equipment.
These privately owned homes are not for parties and should never be occupied more people than are registered. Occupancy by more people than registered is a violation of Law, subjecting all guests to immediate eviction without refund.

Prices listed are for the minimum number of people listed. Additional adults ( over 12 years of age ) are $15 each per night.
